ISRAEL TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Air Transportation: COP will arrange for air service from the gateway city based on airline schedules and availability of negotiated airfares. The negotiated terms limit the traveler’s ability to exchange, endorse or make changes to airline tickets. Frequent flyer miles and special meals are the responsibility of the traveler. Please be advised some airlines impose restrictions on the accumulation and/or use of frequent flyer miles in conjunction with fares. Service charges (imposed by the airline) and/or loss of issued tickets will be the responsibility of the traveler. COP will confirm air carriers and routing on the most direct flights available at contract rates at the time the ticket is issued. COP also reserves the right to choose the carrier and routing. Actual flight schedules will not be issued until 21 days prior to departure and all airlines schedule are subject to change without prior notice. COP is not responsible for airline schedule changes and the effects the change may cause to the traveler’s domestic flight to the gateway city.
